Get Vista Explorer Search in Windows XP

As you all know that Windows vista allows you to search from windows explorer, whereas windows XP doesnt allows to do so. But a deviantart user has developed has developed a toolbar i.e QT Toolbar. By using this toolbar you can easily and quickly find what you need.

It does not resemble the Vista explorer search but unlike Styler toolbar which gives a fake image of the search bar.
