How to add domain to blogger account at name.com

Every webmaster has a dream to start a professional blog. For that they need to have a premium domain and hosting. If you are a new blogger and willing to start a new blog and having a domain name registered in name.com then this article will help you to add your domain to your blogger account. Just follow the given steps carefully:

1. Go to name.com and login in your account.

2. Select the domain that you want to add on your blogger account.

3. After selecting the domain you will be redirected to the domain management page. Check that the Domain Lock is unlocked. Also check that you are using the default name servers that are ns1.name.com and ns2.name.com without that the URL forwarding wont work.

4. Now from the control panel in the sidebar, click DNS Management. There add a CNAME Record type with record host : www , Record answer: ghs.google.com , TTL : 1800 and click submit.

5. Now again add another DNS record with the following values A, (leave next field blank), Record answer: 216.239.32.21, TTL : 1800 and click submit.

6. Then go to your blogger account → Settings → Publishing → Advanced Settings → And fill the domain name.
