How to Change the background of Windows 7 Login screen

Earlier I have introduced that in Windows 7 we can change the background of login screen without using any third-party utility, Now I am introducing a utility for doing same i.e Windows 7 Logon Background Changer. Its a free open source software that let you change the background of the Windows 7 Login screen.

This small utility is WPF based decent GPU for the 3D animations to run smoothly. It creates a cropped and resided version of the image that you select which is then applied as the background of the Logon screen.
