How to Download full setup of Google Earth [Offline Installer]

While Downloading Google Earth setup from Google, we used to get a small setup file called GoogleEarthSetup.exe which is of 534kb size approx. We have to run this small setup file to get full setup of Earth. Sometimes, it becomes annoying if you have low internet speed or no connectivity.
