How to Use iMessage on iOS 5 iPad/iPhone/iPod

iMessage is a platform which syncs all your Apple iOS 5 Devices which every conversation that you are having with other iOS 5 users. You can start messaging from any of your iOS 5 device and continue it on another. This way whenever you are with any of your iOS 5 device you will never loose the track of whatever conversation you were on. iMessage helps you update all the devices which are on iOS 5 and maybe connected over Wi-Fi at the same time so that you are no more device dependent. You can leave your iPad at office while you carry your iPhone on the road and then use your iPod at home.

How to use iMessage on  iPad/iPhone/iPod

Now in order to use iMessage you will need to turn it on and do some settings. Here is how:

Turn iMessage on

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap on Messages

  • Tap on iMessage ON/OFF option

  • You can change those specs if you wish and you should know what you are doing on that
  • You cal also add additional email ids with this profile

iMessage Usage

Point to note here is that iMessage doesn’t require any other app or tool to get it working. It works seamlessly with the Message app of your device which you recognize with the green icon.Just set this settings up and iMessage  will start working with your Message app. But if you are working on a different messaging app then please check if that supports iMessage or not.
