The Optional Packs offer the most varied choices and the prices range from Rs.15 per month for Active Music to Rs.1, 925 per year for Sports Bonanza. Some options in this pack are, Music, English News, Sports 3, Ten Action + at Rs.20 per month; HD Gold at Rs.50 Per month; and, Sports 1 at Rs.65 per month.
The Regional Packs are uniformly priced at Rs.25 per month and you may choose from Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali/Oriya, Tamil, Telegu, Kannada and Malyalam. Tata Sky allows its users to make their own packs or they can pick any two Regional Packs free with a Popular Pack!

Tata Sky offers to help their customers and answer all their queries through their helplines. Their toll free customer care helpline number is 1800-1806633. However, their toll free number gets disconnected after 5mins. Thus it is pointless to call this number if you have extensive queries for the customer cares executive. So, Tata Sky provides regional numbers where you can call and gain from their services.
Tata Sky Recharge
Customer satisfaction is the first priority at Tata Sky. Making the methods of recharging more simple and easy is something which aims at this.
There are three simple ways in which you can recharge your Tata Sky:

You simply need to scratch the voucher and receive your 16 digit PIN number. This PIN number then needs to be sent, along with your subscriber’s ID through an SMS to the number provided. Your connection will be recharged as soon as your SMS is received.
