ALT tag, it refers as an alternative tag, it goes with image codes and tell search engines what the image is about. Many of you forgot to add the ALT tag along with the images, any many ignore to add alt tag. But let me tell you, its a mistake all you are doing because ALT tag is being used by various search engines to identify the image.
